Are you looking for a new challenge within sales? Are you ready to take on our Nordic Sales team and aim for new heights? Your role will be to build a structure for the Nordic sales team and to set processes, budgets and targets. You will start by focusing on the Swedish, Norwegian and Danish markets and eventually also the Finnish market. As the company grows it will be your responsibility to bring on new talents. You will report directly to the Global Sales Director, and also answer to management.
You are dedicated, professional and you have experience from building a successful sales organization. You take pride in setting an example, and you are ready to handle a number of key accounts yourself, while still collaborating closely with your team. You need to have an interest in technical business, and be interested in constantly learning more and exploring new markets with your team.
