At BIMobject® we work in close cooperation with our customers, the building product manufacturers to develop and maintain digital replicas of their products, as BIM objects. We are growing fast and we now need to expand our organization with more staff. We are looking for real talent and people who are ready to go the extra mile. We are now looking for an “Internal superuser” to provide technical assistance to our internal clients. You will help troubleshoot software systems.

If you are computer-savvy and enjoy supporting end users, we’d like to meet you. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear responses to any questions about the BIMobject software product suite.

Ultimately, you will ensure prompt and accurate customer service and increase client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Addressing Internal user tickets regarding software issues
  • Verifying the nature of an issue and make sure it gets handled by the correct instance
  • Walking users through correct usage of our products and services
  • Ask targeted questions to diagnose issues
  • Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
  • Record technical issues and solutions in logs
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of solution and collaborate with the correct stakeholders
  • Report customer feedback and potential product requests
  • Give input to where we lack education on our products and services

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Software Support Engineer, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience and huge interest in cloud-based software solutions
  • The drive to become a master of the product suite
  • Being service-minded with the goal to help every person that has an issue or request
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude
